There is really only one place to find those hard to find Retired Star Wars LEGO sets and mini figures and that is up for auction on eBay.

Yeah, there are a few obscure dealers out on the web that sell these sets, but you can’t find the variety of retired Star Wars LEGO sets like you can on eBay.

If you are really diligent and patient, there are really good deals to be had on these lego sets. The key is analyzing the auction and knowing when to bid.

I never bid on an auction for retired Star Wars LEGO sets until the final 15 -20 seconds. The reason is that I do not want to drive up the price (obviously) but more importantly I love having the last say in the bidding process. There are some bidders who just don’t get it when bidding on items in the final seconds. They never set a high maximum bid and most always get out bidded by doing that.
