Just what my son wanted for his birthday! He actually plays with it everyday, along with his other Lego Star Wars sets. He was so excited to get it , he put it together by himself in 2 hours. 700+ pieces.
Not Perfect, but Pretty Awesome

My 8-year-old received this toy for Christmas. He spent about 8 hours putting it together Christmas Day, only needing minor help once or twice, and hardly looked at any other present until he finished it. Here's his review:

I'd say this set is awesome - not perfect, but pretty close. It fits a pilot, a squad of four, and I put in two operators for guns and missiles. I realized that taking out the four-person squad seats could make room for nine. It is cool on the outside and inside. It holds up pretty well when I play with it. The cockpit falls apart sometimes, the doors may come off, the guns and cannons come off and putting the missiles back makes pieces fall off sometimes but besides that it is awesome!

This Lego is good for its money. I own the Lego Gunship and this is bigger with a sturdier frame. The characters go fantastic with this lego. In my opinion the turrents are the best part of this lego. Although why did the model makers have to make parts to the inside temporary? The two seats can be pulled out and are not attached. Although you can make it attached by adding a 2x4 piece to it. If your a big Star Wars fan and are looking to save money this is a great buy!

My son has wanted this for months and we had gone online initially looking for the original AT-TE Walker (Non-Lego Version) and after reading the reviews about the legs not staying on he decided he wanted the Lego version instead. He was very happy with it. Christmas day he spent the entire morning building it and enjoyed every moment. He said he was glad he got the Lego one instead of the other because he appreciates the time it took for him to build it!! It was his favorite gift!!
